How The Active Educator aligned its brand and increased organic traffic by 110% after a website redesign and launch support.
The Backstory
Andriana Zarovska is the brain behind The Active Educator, a curriculum developer and community manager. After years of growing an engaged audience on Teachers Pay Teachers and Instagram, Andriana was ready to launch her first course, The Heart-Centered Classroom. She knew that to make the impact she wanted, she needed a cohesive, professional design that resonated with her minimalist brand aesthetic.
Andriana reached out to me because while she had her foundational branding in place, she needed support extending those visuals across her course, sales page, and launch materials. Her brand needed to bring the same reassurance, wisdom, calm, and empowerment that her resources provide for the educators and students impacted.

Phase 1: Objectives + Strategy
Andriana’s main challenge was ensuring brand consistency across her platforms while making it clear to her audience how her different programs fit together. At the time, she had several programs with similar names, which made it hard for users to differentiate between them. We needed a solution that would make her brand feel cohesive while also helping her audience understand her offerings more clearly.
Primary goals:
Develop a professional brand aesthetic aligned with The Active Educator’s calming and minimalist style.
Increase course enrollments to reach more teachers and students.
Create a system for better engagement with school districts.
We started by building out the visual elements for her programs, creating a cohesive system of sub-brands that could live under the overarching brand. Each program was given a unique “highlight color” from within the brand palette, helping differentiate the offerings while maintaining a cohesive aesthetic.
Phase 2: Website Design
The aesthetic for The Active Educator is all about calming colors and creating a minimalist, clear, and uncomplicated experience. We worked to ensure that the branding communicated Andriana’s vision while also guiding users effortlessly through her content. Her website featured simple animations and videos, showcasing Andriana in action. With three main programs serving different parts of the classroom experience, it was crucial to make sure users knew exactly where to go without feeling overwhelmed.
After working on numerous launches and new programs together, we completed a full website redesign in Kajabi, which included a detailed brand strategy study to confirm essential elements of her brand story. We built off Andriana’s original branding, ensuring consistency and a seamless user journey.
Phase 3: Development + Hand-off
Andriana’s website and courses were built on Kajabi, the go-to platform for course creators at her level. Kajabi’s flexibility allowed us to bring together all the key components—her course materials, sales pages, and community support—under one roof.
We kept the development process smooth and efficient, jumping straight into the mockup phase with a clear understanding of the user flow. We created visually cohesive course materials and sales pages that aligned with her minimalist brand style and helped position her as a trusted resource in the education space.
The Results
Since the new website launched in January, organic traffic has more than doubled, growing from 203 visits per month to 427 per month—a 110% increase. The new website not only brought more visibility to her courses but also helped clarify her offerings for her audience.
Andriana’s programs now fit together under one cohesive, visually appealing system that communicates reassurance and calm. With her launch materials and website in place, she can continue to focus on what she does best—supporting educators and creating impactful curriculum.
