MonteBloom

How MonteBloom created a platform to support caregivers and foster more independent, peaceful homes through holistic dementia care.

The Backstory

One of my favorite projects in 2024 was with Annie from MonteBloom. I absolutely loved what she was doing to serve caregivers who were taking care of their loved ones with dementia, and I was so proud to be a part of her brand's building blocks. Annie had a clear vision but needed help creating a joyful brand that stood out in the often clinical elder care space. She also needed a professional website to establish her presence as an authority in the field and provide resources to caregivers.

With my past experience in Montessori education, I was especially excited to incorporate Montessori principles into the branding concept, giving Annie's audience simple, easy-to-implement systems for caregiving at home. It was a perfect opportunity to blend meaningful caregiving with a supportive, approachable brand identity.

In her own words:

“I would like to go on podcasts and promote, but when they ask where they can find me... I don’t have a space for them to do so. I want to feel legit to my audience.” – Annie

We worked together to create a professional, empathetic website, grounded in her mission to provide caregivers with the tools they need to create more independent and peaceful homes. We built a brand that feels warm, nurturing, and accessible, and laid the foundation for her future courses and digital resources.

Phase 1: Objectives + Strategy

MonteBloom’s biggest challenge was education—many people don’t understand how Montessori principles can be applied to dementia care. The goal was to gently introduce these concepts in a way that didn’t overwhelm Annie’s audience, who are often already feeling exhausted and seeking simple solutions.

We also needed the brand to feel approachable, empathetic, and supportive—something that’s often missing in the clinical world of elder care websites.

Key Objectives:

  • Provide better access to caregiving resources

  • Create a design that feels nurturing and accessible

  • Build empathy into the user experience

  • Include multiple lead magnet options to grow her email list

With a focus on budget efficiency, we decided to use a customizable Kajabi template to cover MonteBloom’s foundational needs, carefully selecting a template that supported her long-term goals, including online courses and digital resources.

Phase 2: Website Design

We began with brand strategy, diving into research to define MonteBloom’s mission, target audience, brand voice, and persona. We knew we wanted the brand identity to reflect the caregiver archetype, so we incorporated soft, calming colors and natural elements. The forget-me-not flower, often associated with dementia care, became a key design element, and we ensured it reflected the five Montessori principles that Annie teaches.

From there, we transitioned into wireframes and mockups, bringing the brand strategy to life. We found a Kajabi template that included everything from webinar slides to sales pages, allowing Annie to build on these foundational pieces in the future.

Once the design was approved, we uploaded and customized all pages, ensuring a seamless experience across landing pages, sales pages, and system pages.

Phase 3: Development + Hand-off

The website was built on Kajabi, chosen for its ability to support Annie’s future course and digital product offerings. The development process was smooth, and Annie now has a platform that allows her to reach her audience with ease.

Post-launch, we provided tutorials and support to ensure Annie felt confident maintaining her site moving forward.

The Results

In just one month after launch, MonteBloom saw incredible traction for a brand-new business with no prior social or online presence:

  • Nearly 5,500 website views, averaging nearly 100 views per day

  • Five podcast interview requests and one TV show interview

Annie has since used her website as a platform to share her knowledge and support independent caregivers, helping them create dignity-filled, peaceful homes for their loved ones.

“Stacy is the BEST! I love what she created!” – Annie
